250 City Road

COIL has supplied its X-Bond Brush Bronze B85 for the exterior cladding of the iconic appartments project 250 City Road. Situated in the heart of London City, within walking distance of Tech City and the Square Mile.

250 City Road is a new mixed use developmentproviding 289 private apartments and 149 shared / rental units across two stunning 42 and 36 storey towers and 6 smaller buildings.

The regeneration development also includes a190 bedroom hotel, office spaces, retail space with shops, bars and restaurants, a data centre and a creche.

The project has been developed by the Berkeley Group and designed by the well-known architects Foster + Partners.

Although the UK specifications are driven by the British Standards, our X-Bond with its 8 microns enhanced anodic layer has been chosen. Reports that prove the durability of this product, have helped the successful qualification for this project.
